All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Payment

Payment is required prior to course commencement unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancelled 14 days or more before course start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before course start date
• No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before course start date
• No refund for courses already commenced

Refunds for extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Insider Earth or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
